This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Senior Geotechnical Project Engineer - REMOTE. In this role, you will leverage your expertise in managing and designing geotechnical projects across various locations, addressing both clean construction and environmental remediation needs. You will be responsible for leading project teams in geotechnical planning, conducting investigations, performing analyses, and delivering safe and sustainable design solutions. Your contributions will support critical environmental challenges while enabling a collaborative approach to project delivery through innovation and continuous improvement. \n Accountabilities Manage and execute geotechnical engineering projects from inception to completion. Conduct and oversee subsurface investigations, preparation of boring logs, and synthesis of data into geotechnical reports. Perform geotechnical analyses for foundations, embankments, and slope stability. Develop designs for temporary excavation support and groundwater control. Coordinate with internal teams and external sub-consultants to ensure projects meet scope, schedule, and budget. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Environmental, or Geotechnical Engineering; Master's degree preferred. 5-8 years of geotechnical engineering experience is preferred. Professional Engineer (P.E.) license preferred or ability to obtain within 90 days. Proficiency in geotechnical modeling software and analysis.
