Travel: Once or twice a quarter, for trade shows and team meetings

Our mission is to empower Managed Service Providers (MSPs) and Internal IT teams with industry-leading solutions for Apple device management. Responsibilities

NEAR-TERM PERFORMANCE OBJECTIVES FOR THE ROLE:

  • Work as a full stack digital marketer. Check out this article!
  • Create and implement comprehensive digital marketing plans
  • Leverage your expertise with SEO, keyword research, on-page and off-page optimization to improve website rankings on search engines.
  • In partnership with internal Subject Matter Experts (SME’s), create, review and edit content
  • Own and manage the Social Media Calendar: Design a strategy for content - from how to position content in social media, to how to position in a blog, etc.
  • Design and implement campaigns to support net-new Lead Gen

  • Leverage generative AI to 10X the velocity of campaign creation

  • Closely manage the ROI of all efforts through Reporting & Analysis

YOU’LL BE SUCCESSFUL BY DOING THE FOLLOWING THINGS:

  • Develop and ensure effective execution of end-to-end integrated marketing plans across a mix of channels to support business objectives and sales targets.
  • Become an administrator of Hubspot email marketing campaigns, overseeing technical setup, audience segmentation, A/B testing, and campaign optimization.
  • Working in partnership with our Digital Agency and the Sr. Growth Marketing Manager, develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies to increase brand visibility and customer acquisition across various digital platforms.
  • Analyze and report on campaign performance, translating insights into strategic optimizations to improve the conversion funnel.

Scorecard: In this role, you’ll be accountable to hit the following numbers each month:

  • MQLs Generated: Generate high-quality inbound leads through digital marketing efforts
  • Net-new quarterly pipeline targets: Consistently launch high-quality marketing programs to support pipeline build by sales. Measured by marketing-sourced pipeline created each week.

Compensation: Market rate compensation determined based on skills, experience and proven results. Your ongoing success will be measured by quarterly rocks (goals) achievement. There will also be an annual variable component based on meeting and exceeding annual targets.
