Job Title: Remote Guest Support Advisor (Evenings & Weekends)
Location: Remote (UK-based only)
Salary: £15 per hour (based on hours worked)
Job Type: Full Time / Part-Time, On-Call

REQUIREMENTS:

• Access to a smartphone (iOS or Android) to run the company’s phone app
• Reliable phone signal and internet connection
• Strong spoken communication and active listening skills
• Ability to remain calm under pressure and think independently
• Previous experience in hospitality, customer service or property management is desirable but not essential
• Applicants must be based in the Scotland

• Respond to incoming guest calls and messages within your scheduled hours
• Assist guests with booking-related questions or concerns
• Log and escalate urgent maintenance issues to authorised suppliers
• Follow procedures for issue resolution and record-keeping
• Maintain a high standard of customer care and professionalism
• Use the company’s phone system app for all communications
