Piloto Asia, a fast-growing regional consulting firm, provides clients with an integrated suite of Smart Business Solutions, namely Accounting, Tax & Finance, Incorporation & Corporate Secretarial, Corporate Bank Account Solutions, as well as Payroll & Immigration Services.
We are looking for a strategic and driven Head of Business Development to lead revenue growth, enhance sales efficiency, and strengthen partnerships across our corporate service offerings. This role is crucial in shaping our market presence in Singapore and beyond, by building effective sales processes and guiding teams toward commercial success.
About the Role
1.Drive Revenue Target (60%): You will be responsible for an overall sales team financial target and will need to lead three (3) direct reports across the sales and partnership teams with the following goals:
- Improve closing rate: Guide front-line sales staff to improve closing rates from inbound SEO/SEM-generated leads.
- Improve customer upselling: Coach the client relationship team to effectively engage face-to-face and overseas clients, with the goal of further upselling and revenue generation.
- Generate partners referral: Lead the Singapore partnerships team in building upstream partners (e.g. lawyers) to general referrals for the Firm for additional source of revenue
- Additional Revenue: Bring in your own sources of revenue or network to improve the Firm’s top line
2.Sales Leadership and Team Management (40%): You shall mentor and monitor the team, work scope includes but not limited to:
- Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team to achieve individual and team goals - Setting individual KPIs to ensure delivery of measurable results.
- Improve and standardize sales processes to enhance efficiency.
- Recruit, train, and coach team members to enhance their skills and performance, including deal closing methods and negotiation tactics.
- Collaborate with the internal marketing team to align sales goals with lead generation efforts (May include seminars, webinars, brochures, articles, workshops or more) and focus on increasing Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs).
- Identifying and cultivating new revenue streams and partnership opportunities within the corporate services ecosystem.
- Continuously refine go-to-market strategies based on industry trends, customer feedback, and competitor activities.
You are expected to achieve positive ROI in terms of incremental revenue growth within a 6-month period.

Core Requirements:
- Your skills: You shall possess strong communication, negotiation & leadership capabilities, and are able to mobilize and improve a sales team effectively. Good business acumen with understanding of sales processes, market trends and customer behaviors is expected.
- Your background: Understanding of digital acquisition channels, including SEO, SEM, and partnership ecosystems, with proven expertise in navigating B2B sales funnels. You bring experience collaborating cross-functionally with marketing, operations, and client servicing teams to drive client acquisition, engagement, and revenue growth within a client-servicing environment.
- Relevant sales experience: You shall possess a minimum 8 years of experience in B2B sales, business development, or revenue leadership roles, preferably within the corporate services, accounting, legal or professional services sector with a proven track record in driving sales growth, managing teams, and building successful partnerships.
