Drive performance metrics such as loss ratio, retention, and conversion. Shape the overall strategy of the insurance marketplace. Mentor and build high-performing teams. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative discipline. 7+ years of management consulting experience from top firms. Strong track record of hiring and managing teams. Excellent problem-solving framework based on first principles. Strong communication skills with various stakeholder levels. High self-expectations and drive for excellence.
