Build, develop, and lead a high-performing sales organization. Implement scalable processes and performance management systems. Source and secure national corporate accounts across industries. Align sales targets with overall commercial goals and ensure accurate forecasting. Requirements 10+ years in B2B sales within the hospitality or travel industry. Proven track record of leading high-performing sales teams. Success in acquiring and managing national corporate accounts. Experience in establishing disciplined sales processes and reporting.
