This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Remote HPC & AI Software Engineering Engineer. In this role, you will work primarily from home and will be a crucial part of a global service team specializing in high-performance computing. Your responsibilities will include troubleshooting complex computing cluster issues, providing customer support at a high technical level, and collaborating across various teams to enhance service delivery. This position offers the opportunity to make a significant impact on supercomputer products and contribute to the advancement of high-performance computing solutions. \n Accountabilities Provide technical support for customer reported issues escalated to level 3 support. Analyze, troubleshoot, reproduce, isolate, escalate, and resolve issues. Facilitate high quality communication with customers. Work with various teams on support, publications, training, and testing. Design engineering solutions for products and software. Collaborate with management and partners on project status and issue resolution. Test and provide new system software updates and documentation. Document and communicate throughout the issue resolution process. Requirements Bachelor or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. 4-6 years of technical experience in HPC-related areas. Proficient in Linux administration and strong Linux knowledge. Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills. Experience in Linux cluster management is highly desirable. Excellent communication skills, mastery in English and local language. Ability to gather data and see issues through to closure. Strong multitasking and prioritization abilities.
