This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a HR Business Partner Manager - REMOTE. In this role, you will play a key part in driving strategic HR initiatives across regions outside the United States. You will ensure compliance with local labor laws and manage immigration processes, all while closely partnering with business leaders to align talent strategies with organizational goals. This position offers the opportunity to make a significant impact on the HR landscape, including the ability to influence engagement and inclusion strategies tailored to diverse global markets. \n Accountabilities Serve as the primary HRBP for regions outside the U.S., including EMEA and Canada. Collaborate with global business teams to harmonize policies and practices across regions. Advise on compensation, benefits, and mobility strategies tailored to international markets. Monitor and interpret labor law changes and ensure compliance across jurisdictions. Support talent acquisition efforts and onboarding for international hires. Partner with leadership to implement HR programs that foster engagement and inclusion. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field. 6 - 7 years of HR experience, including at least 5 years in an HRBP role with regional responsibility. Proven experience managing immigration processes and working with global mobility vendors. Strong knowledge of international labor laws and HR compliance requirements. Excellent communication and influencing skills. Demonstrated ability to manage complex issues and provide strategic HR solutions. Flexibility to work across multiple time zones.
