You will spearhead day-to-day health, safety, and environment (HSE) operations, contributing to the overall goal of securing people through advanced technology. Your impact will be felt in preventing incidents, managing risks, and ensuring compliance with legal and corporate standards. You will collaborate with a dedicated team that values continuous improvement and knowledge sharing. \n Accountabilities Support daily HSE operations and incident investigations. Conduct risk assessments and workplace evaluations. Drive ergonomics and training initiatives. Monitor and analyze HSE data to identify trends. Assist in environmental compliance and waste management. Participate in audits and inspections. Engage with stakeholders to foster a safety-oriented culture. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in a related field, preferably in chemistry. Fluent in English, both written and verbal; Danish is a plus. Experience in managing safety within a production environment. Strong stakeholder management skills. Proven ability to collaborate across different levels of the organization. Knowledge of ISO 45001 Occupational Health & Safety Management System is an advantage. Proactive, structured, and solution-oriented mindset.
