You will collaborate with a dedicated team that values continuous improvement and knowledge sharing. \n Accountabilities Support daily HSE operations and incident investigations. Conduct risk assessments and workplace evaluations. Drive ergonomics and training initiatives. Monitor and analyze HSE data to identify trends. Assist in environmental compliance and waste management. Participate in audits and inspections. Engage with stakeholders to foster a safety-oriented culture. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in a related field, preferably in chemistry. Fluent in English, both written and verbal; Danish is a plus. Experience in managing safety within a production environment. Strong stakeholder management skills. Proven ability to collaborate across different levels of the organization.
