Support managers in reinforcing crew-related policies and procedures. Maintain a professional working partnership with upper management and colleagues. Oversee employee recognition programs to boost morale. Manage essential documents and data for talent management and HR administration. Facilitate operational continuity through systematic handover procedures. Evaluate and recommend modifications of HR related policies. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Development or related field. At least 5 years of experience in hospitality HR or training roles. Previous shipboard experience preferred. Proficiency in MS Office Suite, Fidelio Cruise, and MXP. Strong organizational, administrative, and computer skills. Ability to perform well under pressure in an international environment.
