In this essential role, you will support and optimize the Imagine billing platform utilized in revenue cycle operations. By ensuring accurate configuration and maintenance of payer rules and system integrations, you will play a key role in minimizing billing errors and enhancing operational efficiency. This position serves as a critical liaison between IT, revenue cycle management operations, and client teams, enabling seamless collaboration on strategic initiatives. \n Accountabilities Participate in onboarding planning with stakeholders. Validate system requirements and update onboarding checklists. Work with clients to ensure configurations are correctly set up. Create and maintain user access and security protocols. Coordinate data migration and validate the accuracy of migrated data. Set up and test interfaces for relevant systems. Lead testing and readiness for system go-live. Configure operational reports and ensure data integrity. Requirements 5+ years of experience in revenue cycle management systems administration. 2+ years of experience with Imagine software (certification preferred). In-depth knowledge of Imagine Billing Software and reporting tools. Strong SQL skills for analytics and audits. Familiarity with healthcare billing workflows, especially in radiology.
