SKILLS

  • Proven medical office experience with a strong understanding of administrative functions.
  • Previous medical administrative experience is highly desirable. Dentistry preferred but not essential.
  • Excellent organisational skills with a keen attention to detail.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant software applications.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

  • Delivering high-quality administrative support to enhance group efficiency, effectiveness, and occupancy
  • Processing patient payments accurately
  • Discussing treatment plans with patients in a clear and supportive manner
  • Providing administrative support by use of Microsoft teams as a communication method to both the remote and clinical teams across all areas of practice operations
