You'll develop certification programs that support global sales teams while driving skill adoption across various platforms. As a part of our Learning Strategy & Design team, you will work entirely remotely, reporting directly to leadership within the organization. \n Accountabilities Conduct performance and learner analysis; define measurable goals using Backwards Design and Action Mapping principles. Develop eLearning, instructor-led workshops, certification materials, and executive-ready presentations that simplify complex information. Collaborate with subject matter experts to create effective learning assets and aligned assessments. Measure program effectiveness utilizing learner data and evaluation models; iterate based on insights gathered. Requirements 5+ years of experience designing instructional solutions in a corporate environment. Expertise in applying outcome-based design methodologies and crafting measurable learning goals. Advanced proficiency in PowerPoint for developing clear and compelling presentations. Experience with eLearning development using tools such as Articulate 360 or similar platforms. Practical experience leveraging AI tools to enhance content development and workflow efficiency. Strong writing skills to convert complex ideas into accessible learning content while maintaining high-quality outputs.
