The ideal candidate will manage the full recruitment lifecycle from crafting job postings to conducting initial candidate interviews. This role requires excellent communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and a keen eye for identifying top talent. Key Responsibilities: Job Description & Posting: Draft clear, compelling, and accurate job descriptions for various roles. Post openings on job boards, social media, and internal platforms. Candidate Sourcing: Utilize multiple channels (job boards, social media, networking, referrals) to identify and attract qualified candidates. Screening & Shortlisting: Review applications, conduct phone screenings, and evaluate candidates’ qualifications and fit for the role. Initial Interviews: Conduct structured initial interviews, assess candidate skills and cultural fit, and provide feedback to hiring managers. Candidate Communication: Maintain timely communication with applicants throughout the recruitment process. Recruitment Coordination: Schedule interviews with hiring managers and assist with recruitment logistics. Database Management: Maintain accurate candidate records in applicant tracking systems or internal databases. Employer Branding: Represent the company positively to candidates and support initiatives to enhance employer brand. Proven experience as a recruiter or in a similar HR role. Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools. Strong understanding of sourcing techniques and interviewing best practices. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple openings simultaneously. Ability to assess both technical and cultural fit.
