Your impact will be felt across numerous learning environments, contributing to the academic growth of students across the board. \n Accountabilities Visit sites 3-5 days per week from 3:00-6:00pm. Support afterschool program sites in implementing ST Math and creating engaging math learning environments for students. Collaborate with site leaders and program specialists to strengthen math learning and support program goals. Monitor and analyze weekly ST Math data to track student engagement and progress across sites. Provide guidance, resources, and recommendations to help site teams strengthen ST Math implementation and promote student perseverance. Requirements Passion for K–8 math education. Experience supporting educators in implementing effective math instruction or digital learning tools. Comfort in modeling lessons and instructional strategies to build student engagement.
