Your contributions will impact our ability to operate effectively and meet our organizational objectives worldwide. \n Accountabilities Own the entire inbound negotiation process for SaaS, consultants, and managed services. Collaborate with the people department on domestic and international employment matters. Advise on pending and potential litigation, balancing legal risk with business reality. Develop and refine legal frameworks for procurement and contracting. Requirements J.D. from an accredited U.S. law school and membership in at least one current U.S. state bar. 6+ years of legal experience in procurement, technology transactions, and commercial contracting. Experience negotiating technology and service contracts, including SaaS agreements. Ability to thrive in fast-paced startup environments with a multifaceted role. Excellent drafting skills and capability to create practical solutions quickly. Strong organizational and project management skills for handling multiple priorities. Collaborative mindset with strong judgment and integrity. Skillful in transitioning between strategic thought and detailed execution.
