Provide visionary leadership to the Data Quality Services team, fostering cross-functional collaboration. Manage daily operations to ensure timely and high-quality delivery of data quality programs. Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to optimize resource allocation. Implement data quality standards, monitoring for accuracy and consistency. Oversee deployment of cutting-edge data quality tools and technologies. Serve as the primary point of contact for clients regarding data quality initiatives. Champion the adoption of generative AI tools to enhance data quality processes. Design and manage robust quality assurance processes and governance. Monitor performance metrics and provide actionable insights to leadership. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field. Minimum of 7 years of experience in data quality management or related fields. Experience in leading data quality or services teams, preferably within the legal sector. Proficient with data quality tools, data integration solutions, and BI platforms. Strong command of SQL and familiarity with programming languages like Python or R. Experience with CRM systems in relation to business development and marketing. Excellent analytical skills; ability to transform complex data into actionable insights. Strong business acumen in identifying new business opportunities. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
