JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Must be a Licensed Behavior Analyst in the state of New York
  • Must have availability Monday-Friday from 3pm - 8pm ET / 12pm - 6pm PT
  • Full time employees: requires 40 total hours weekly
  • Part time employees: requires 20-30 total hours weekly
  • Basic proficiency with video conferencing software, data collection software, messaging apps, and virtual care platforms.
  • Reliable internet connection and a private, professional workspace.
  • Google Suite experience preferred.

Responsibilities
  • Work with families to identify, evaluate, and to solve barriers to effective care
  • Implement clinical programming according to the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis
  • Provide remote direct therapy to clients and caregivers
  • Collaborate with Remote Care Delivery Team to ensure client needs are met
  • Conduct remote assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
  • Conduct remote functional behavioral assessments
  • Conduct risk assessments
