Licensed Health Insurance Agents will take inbound calls from callers exploring their Medicare plan options, helping to match callers with the right coverage and supporting them through the enrollment process.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Active resident Health Insurance License - required
• Willingness to obtain additional state licenses (we’ll cover the cost)
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Keen interest in consultative sales and helping customers find the right solution
• Strong computer skills and ability to stay focused in a remote setup

• Answer incoming calls and guide callers through available plan options
• Ask the right questions to understand each person’s needs
• Recommend plans based on caller eligibility and preferences
• Maintain a helpful, professional tone and represent BroadPath and our clients well
• Work from home using our virtual tools and support
