POSITION OVERVIEW

TransGlobal is seeking a driven and client-focused professional to join our dynamic financial services team. In this role, you will have the opportunity to provide comprehensive financial planning solutions—including Real Estate, Lending, Insurance, Investment, and Tax Services—to support and empower the local community.

Responsibilities

  • Assess clients’ financial needs and recommend tailored life and health insurance solutions
  • Present personalized proposals and guide clients through the application and underwriting process
  • Deliver exceptional service through regular policy reviews and responsive client communication
  • Maintain accurate and organized client records in internal systems
  • Address policy-related inquiries and resolve service issues professionally and efficiently
  • Cross-sell complementary insurance or financial products to enhance overall client value

Qualifications

  • Active Life & Health Insurance License (preferred; not required)
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in life or health insurance (preferred)
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a client-first mindset
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and professionalism when handling sensitive client needs
  • Legally authorized to work in the United States
