As a Remote Live Chat or Tele Chat Support Specialist for Denali, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients through live chat and/or telephone support. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, assisting them with any inquiries or issues they may have with our products or services. We are looking for proactive individuals who are passionate about providing outstanding customer support in a remote setting.

Responsibilities:

  • Respond promptly and professionally to all live chat or telephone inquiries from clients
  • Utilize strong product knowledge to assist clients with any questions or concerns they may have
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues with our products or services
  • Provide accurate information about our products and services to clients
  • Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department or manager
  • Follow up with clients to ensure their issues have been resolved to their satisfaction
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of all client interactions in our CRM system
  • Collaborate with other team members to find solutions to client inquiries or issues

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required, college degree preferred
  • 2 years of experience in customer support, preferably in a remote setting
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment
  • Proficiency with CRM software and other customer support tools
  • Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
