QUALIFICATIONS DE BASE

• Diplôme d’études secondaires/GED ou expérience de travail équivalente
• 2 à 3 ans d’experience connexe
• Expérience du transport routier au Canada
• Doit être bilingue en français et en anglais

QUALIFICATIONS PRÉFÉRÉES

• Baccalauréat en logistique des transports ou en gestion de la chaîne d’approvisionnement
• Solide compréhension du transport transfrontalier et du secteur de la logistique du fret
• Expérience en transport frigorifique/congelé, à plateau, LTL et FTL
• Reporting et analyses (papacite a exécuter des rapports BI : valider les informations : comprendre les rapports, offrir des commentaires et fournir des informations a votre responsable et/ou aux contacts clients sur les informations contenues dans le rapport)
• Connaissance des outils Google et de Microsoft Office (capacité à utiliser Sheets et d’autres programmes Google/Microsoft Office, notamment Sharedocs, Docs, Slides, etc.)

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

• High school diploma/GED or equivalent work experience
• 1-2 years of related experience in Transportation/Logistics/Supply Chain
• Canada over the road transportation experience
• Must be bilingual in French and English

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree in Transportation Logistics or Supply Chain Management
• Strong understanding of cross-border transportation and the freight logistics industry
• Experience with reefer/frozen, flatbed, LTL & FTL transportation
• Reporting and Analytics (Ability to run BI reports; validate information; understand reports, offer feedback and deliver insights to your manager and or customer contacts on the information contained within the report)
• Knowledge of Microsoft and/or Google Tools

Uber Freight is looking for experienced customer service professionals with a background in the Transportation, Supply Chain or Logistics field. Our specialists will lead transportation functions to ensure accurate, timely delivery of products in the most efficient and cost-effective manner all while providing excellent customer service to our customers. This position is based at our Oakville, ON office and will follow a hybrid schedule after the first 90 days of employment. Standard department hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
