In this role, you will be responsible for the health, integrity, and evolution of the enterprise Microsoft 365 environment. You will lead the governance of the Power Platform ecosystem, ensuring a secure and scalable foundation that aligns with enterprise standards. Your contributions will modernize M365 services and expand the capabilities of the Power Platform, facilitating key business innovations and supporting automation initiatives across the organization. \n Accountabilities Own and manage the full M365 ecosystem, including SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams, and Exchange Online. Ensure platform reliability, availability, and tenant hygiene, adhering to security and compliance policies. Lead engineering tasks, service hardening, and support migrations to M365. Design, build, and maintain Power Platform environments and manage environmental architecture. Implement governance policies for the Power Platform, ensuring security and lifecycle management. Collaborate with teams to scale Power Apps, Power Automate, and Dataverse usage effectively. Requirements 4–7 years of experience in M365 platform engineering. Strong hands-on experience with Power Platform including Power Apps and Power Automate. Familiarity with security groups, licensing models, and provisioning workflows. Understanding of identity management and M365 security baselines. Experience with enterprise-scale tenants and governance models. Ability to work collaboratively across technical and business teams.
