Establish strategic priorities, allocate resources effectively, and design execution roadmaps to achieve business objectives. Perform independent analysis and assessment to resolve strategic issues. Conduct comprehensive market analysis and competitive research to identify opportunities for growth and differentiation. Monitor performance, anticipate challenges, and address issues proactively. Apply creativity to solve complex, ambiguous problems and adapt to shifting trends. Lead cross-functional teams to execute strategic initiatives ensuring alignment with business and financial goals. Network externally to gather competitive insights and best practices. Requirements 2+ years of management consulting experience desired, preferably with experience in banking or financial services. 5+ years of relevant experience and post-secondary degree in related field of study or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Strong understanding of banking products, client segmentation, and business strategy. Ability to distill complex data into simple, compelling insights. Comfortable presenting to senior stakeholders and influencing decisions. Curious, proactive, and impact-driven mindset. Strong problem-solving skills and a passion for continuous improvement.
