Provide strategic leadership for community management of self-published games, including social media and Discord interactions. Collaborate with marketing teams to drive e-commerce growth through various digital channels. Ensure brand consistency by providing feedback on asset submissions from third-party licensees. Work closely with cross-functional teams to advocate for digital best practices and cohesive strategies. Partner with internal teams to develop messaging across all consumer touchpoints. Utilize web analytics tools to track campaign performance and generate insights. Requirements 5+ years of experience in games marketing or e-commerce. Expertise in social media platforms and digital marketing tools. Excellent writing skills for digital audiences. Strong analytical skills for engagement analysis and reporting. Effective communication and project management skills. Experience in the gaming, entertainment, or consumer products industry is a plus.
