In this role, you will play a critical part in shaping the marketing strategy and contributing to the growth of customer brands within Central Europe. You will work closely with various teams to ensure effective execution of marketing plans that resonate strongly with consumers. As the local expert, your insights will guide product launches and brand activations, making a significant impact in the marketplace. Your collaboration with retail teams will drive ambitious growth targets, enhancing the company’s overall market presence. This position also offers a chance to leverage both local knowledge and global strategies to elevate our marketing efforts significantly. \n Accountabilities Convert strategy into a marketing and portfolio plan for key customers with strong category impact. Create concept selling stories and ensure excellence in execution for new launches, relaunches, and activations. Act as a sparring partner for customers, providing tailored recommendations on artwork, pack size, shelf placement, and activation. Translate customer observations into actionable insights by monitoring market and competitor activities. Share best practices with peers and lead projects across the global marketing and portfolio team. Requirements Proven track record of launch excellence. Excellent planning and project management skills. Fact-based and analytical; self-driven, motivated, and a team player. At least 3-7 years’ experience in a marketing or commercial role in retail. Fluency in English on a professional level, both oral and written; knowledge of German is a strong plus. University degree in business administration or equivalent.
