We are looking for a hands-on Marketing Assistant to support the marketing activities of two businesses managed by a Singapore-based business owner within the financial advisory and confinement nanny industries. This role is ideal for someone with proven experience in content creation, video editing, and digital marketing who enjoys working across different industries. You will play a key role in strengthening both brands through engaging content, creative visuals, paid advertising, and digital marketing initiatives. Portfolio is required for this role! Key Responsibilities Financial Advisory Business Create compelling and professional LinkedIn posts, WhatsApp broadcast messages, and other marketing content to engage prospects and existing clients. Write clear, persuasive, and engaging copy for social media, website content, marketing campaigns, and client communications while maintaining a consistent brand voice. Design marketing materials, social media graphics, promotional banners, presentation slides, and other branded assets. Confinement Nanny Business Produce and edit high-quality short-form and long-form videos for different platforms. Plan, manage, and optimise Google Ads (SEM) campaigns to improve lead generation and maximise advertising performance. Implement SEO best practices, including keyword research, on-page optimisation, website content improvements, and search visibility enhancements. Monitor campaign performance using Google Analytics and other marketing tools, providing recommendations to improve engagement, enquiries, and conversions. Requirements: 2+ of hands-on experience in Digital Marketing, Content Creation, or a related marketing role. Experience producing both short-form and long-form video, with hands-on experience using CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, or equivalent editing software. Proven proficiency in graphic design using Canva and/or Adobe Creative Suite. Hands-on experience managing and optimising Google Ads (SEM) campaigns. Good understanding of SEO, keyword research, website optimisation, and search engine best practices. Strong copywriting skills with the ability to create engaging marketing content for different target audiences. Excellent written and spoken English communication skills. Strong creativity with a good eye for design, branding, and visual storytelling. Highly organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple marketing projects simultaneously. Able to work independently, take ownership of projects, and consistently meet deadlines. Bonus Points: Proficiency in Chinese. Experience marketing products or services related to maternity, childcare, parenting, healthcare, or lifestyle industries. Salary: Singapore Dollars $800-1,000/month
