Measure and optimize campaign performance using key metrics such as CAC and LTV. Lead the onboarding and long-term engagement journey for members. Create sophisticated lifecycle marketing programs that enhance user experience. Manage the creative direction and execution across various marketing channels. Mentor a high-performing marketing team and foster cross-functional collaboration. Requirements 8–10 years of marketing experience, with 4 years in leadership roles. Strong background in digital health or women's health marketing. Proven track record in building and scaling marketing functions. Expertise in product marketing, positioning, and messaging. Hands-on experience with email marketing and customer acquisition strategies. Exceptional copywriting and creative direction skills. Data-driven mindset with proficiency in marketing analytics.
