Establish monitoring systems to quickly identify and resolve technical issues in automated workflows. Develop scalable processes for campaign execution, lead routing, and reporting to enhance team efficiency. Requirements 8+ years of experience in marketing operations or a technical marketing role. Expert-level proficiency in marketing automation platforms like Braze, Marketo, or Salesforce Marketing Cloud. Strong understanding of data structures and API integrations.
