Ensure consistent tracking and reporting of marketing campaign performance. Lead and manage the marketing technology team effectively. Promote a culture of collaboration and professional growth. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related fields. 10+ years of experience in marketing technology or IT. 5+ years leading global technology teams. Familiarity with Adobe Experience Cloud. Proven track record of cross-functional team leadership. Strong project management skills. Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. Excellent problem-solving and detail orientation. Strong communication skills for technical concepts. Understanding of SDLC methodologies such as Agile and SCRUM.
