We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Remote Member Experience Associate. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our members through various communication channels. QUALIFICATIONS:

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Strong customer service orientation and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Experience working in a remote or virtual environment preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software

EXPERIENCE:

• Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience
• Experience in the financial services industry is a plus

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Respond to member inquiries and provide support via phone, email, and chat
• Assist members with account management and troubleshooting
• Proactively reach out to members to ensure satisfaction and loyalty
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve member issues
• Maintain accurate records of member interactions and transactions

THE PAY RANGE FOR THIS ROLE IS:

27 - 34 USD per hour(Remote (Mobile, Alabama, US)
