Remote Licensed Therapist (LICSW, LMFT, LPCC) Position Summary We are hiring licensed mental health professionals to provide virtual therapy for adults across Minnesota. This role focuses on delivering solution-focused care through secure telehealth platforms while maintaining a consistent weekday schedule. Schedule & Compensation Full-Time | Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM Salary: $115,000 – $120,000 annually Full benefits package included Responsibilities Conduct one-on-one teletherapy sessions with adult clients Create and update individualized treatment plans Monitor client progress and adjust approaches as needed Encourage healthy coping strategies and emotional resilience Maintain timely, compliant documentation Master’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy or related field Active Minnesota license (LICSW, LMFT, LPCC) At least 2 years of clinical experience Ability to work independently in a remote setting Strong communication and technology skills Health, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) retirement plan with employer contributions Paid time off and holidays Life insurance Apply today and support clients across Minnesota while working from home.
