Virtual Mental Health Therapist – LMFT, LPC, or LCSW | Full-Time Job Description: Our growing practice is hiring Licensed Mental Health Therapist to support adult and couple therapy services. We offer a collaborative setting where licensed professionals can work effectively from home while accessing ongoing peer support and professional development. Position Type: Full-Time, Remote Work Hours: Monday to Friday | 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM Compensation: $100K–$110K annually + full benefits Responsibilities: Perform virtual assessments and therapeutic interventions Ensure documentation is completed within 24 hours Tailor treatment strategies for each client Collaborate with team members during consults Uphold high standards of clinical care Master’s in Social Work, Counseling, or Marriage & Family Therapy Active license in Wisconsin (LMFT, LPC, LCSW, or equivalent) Comfortable conducting therapy via telehealth platforms 401(k) with employer match Medical, dental, and vision plans Paid time off and life insurance Want to learn more?
