Remote Mental Health Therapist (LMFT, LCSW, LPC) Position Type: Full-Time Salary: $100,000 – $110,000 per year Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM Job Summary: We’re seeking a Remote Mental Health Therapist to provide virtual care to clients across Texas. In this role, you’ll meet with clients via secure video, complete assessments, and guide them through structured treatment plans to address anxiety, mood disorders, life transitions, and other mental health concerns. Your day will be spent in scheduled telehealth sessions, charting, and collaborating with a clinical team to support positive outcomes. Responsibilities: Conduct telehealth intake assessments and formulate diagnostic impressions. Develop, monitor, and adjust individualized treatment plans. Provide ongoing individual and/or family therapy via secure online platforms. Document all client encounters, progress notes, and treatment updates in the EMR. Coordinate care with psychiatrists, primary care providers, and other professionals as needed. Participate in virtual staff meetings, clinical consultations, and trainings. Follow established protocols for risk assessment and crisis response in a remote setting. Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, Marriage & Family Therapy, or a related field. Active Texas license (LPC, LCSW, LMFT, or equivalent). Prior experience providing mental health therapy; telehealth experience preferred. Confident using video platforms and electronic health record systems.
