Remote Therapist Role – LMFT, LCSW, LPC About the Role: We're expanding our clinical team and hiring full-time licensed mental health counselors (LMFT, LCSW, LPC) to deliver therapy services virtually. This position focuses on providing care to adult individuals and couples in a remote setting. Type: Full-Time, Remote Schedule: Monday to Friday | 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM Compensation: $100,000 - $110,000/year + full benefits Duties: Conduct virtual therapy sessions and assessments Develop care plans based on individual client needs Maintain updated records and documentation Join regular team consultations for clinical collaboration Adhere to best practices in client-centered care Master’s in Social Work, Counseling, or Marriage & Family Therapy Active license in Wisconsin (LMFT, LPC, LCSW, or equivalent) Comfortable conducting therapy via telehealth platforms 401(k) with employer match Medical, dental, and vision plans Paid time off and life insurance Want to learn more?
