Remote Mental Health Therapist (LMFT, LCSW, LPCC) Location: California Position: Full-Time Salary: $115,000 – $120,000 per year Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM Role Summary This role is designed for a licensed Mental Health Therapist providing assessment-driven therapy in a telehealth setting. You will apply clinical expertise to guide treatment planning, support client progress, and ensure high clinical standards across care delivery. Key Responsibilities Provide virtual therapy and psychological services Perform diagnostic evaluations and clinical assessments Develop evidence-based treatment plans Maintain detailed and compliant clinical records Consult with interdisciplinary clinical teams Ensure ethical and regulatory adherence in all services Active California LMFT, LCSW, LPCC license Master’s degree in Counseling, Social work, Marriage and Family Therapy or related field Minimum 2 years of licensed clinical experience Telehealth experience preferred Strong diagnostic and analytical skills 2 weeks paid time off Health insurance 401(k) plan with 3% company match Bring your clinical expertise into a modern telehealth model.
