In this role, you will serve as a vital link between technology and the construction industry, focusing on Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) customers. Your mission is not just to sell; you will drive digital transformation for key clients, enhancing their operational efficiency with innovative SaaS solutions. By managing and nurturing existing customer relationships, you will identify opportunities for portfolio expansion and contribute significantly to the company's growth. This position requires strategic thinking and a deep understanding of the MEP lifecycle, ensuring you can address complex workflow challenges effectively. \n Accountabilities Drive strategic expansion within a dedicated territory of MEP accounts in the Mid-Market segment. Master the MEP lifecycle and identify workflow gaps to propose tailored SaaS solutions. Lead the sales cycle from discovery to closing, managing complex negotiations. Collaborate effectively with Product Sales Executives and Sales Engineering teams for impactful demonstrations. Research and execute long-range territory plans to ensure long-term customer health. Stay informed on industry trends to act as a subject matter expert for clients. Requirements 5+ years of SaaS sales experience with a proven track record of exceeding $1M+ quotas. Direct experience in the construction industry or selling construction-tech is preferred. Mastery of modern sales methodologies such as MEDDIC, Challenger, or Gap Selling. Comfortable discussing cloud integrations, BIM, and data-driven workflows. Exceptional presentation and communication skills, capable of engaging diverse stakeholders. Proficiency in Salesforce CRM and Google Workspace for effective pipeline management. Willingness to travel within the Eastern US up to 50%, with an average of 20%.
