Design compelling assets that support marketing campaigns and drive performance across channels. Collaborate closely with the marketing team to bring campaigns and initiatives to life. Ensure all design outputs align with brand standards, values, and visual identity across every touchpoint. Manage multiple projects simultaneously, including planned pipeline work and urgent ad hoc requests. Maintain a high standard of creative output while meeting tight and shifting deadlines. Contribute to strengthening both external brand presence and internal visual communications. Requirements 5+ years of professional graphic design experience with a portfolio demonstrating mastery across multiple formats and mediums. Expert-level proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite. Proven ability to manage multiple design projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines. Strong strategic mindset with an understanding of how design supports and drives marketing objectives. Ability to pivot seamlessly between different types of design work with consistency and ease. Experience using project management tools such as Monday.com or Asana is highly preferred.
