QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in transportation, highway, or local street design (additional experience welcomed)
• Familiarity with FDOT standards is highly preferred
• Professional Engineer (PE) license in Florida
• Strong communication and client interaction skills
• Proficiency in OpenRoads highly preferred

• Lead transportation projects, including setting priorities and managing objectives and budgets
• Provide technical guidance to multidisciplinary teams
• Oversee project engineering and management
• Support business development through proposals, presentations, and client engagement
• Participate in professional organizations and industry events
