In this role, you will be instrumental in negotiating and managing hospital and health system agreements that ensure quality and cost-effectiveness in provider networks. You will collaborate across departments to innovate and implement value-based contracting approaches while ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. Manage negotiation of rates and terms for provider agreements. Prepare contracts, amendments, and rate analyses. Facilitate accurate provider setup and contract configuration. Develop innovative, value-based approaches for contracting. Coordinate with internal departments for contract compliance. Act as a subject matter expert on various contracts. Recruit providers to ensure network adequacy. Ensure contracts meet regulatory requirements. Maintain relationships with provider executives and internal customers. Requirements Relevant bachelor’s degree with 5-7 years of work experience. 3-5 years of contracting experience in a managed care setting. Strong knowledge of reimbursement methodologies. Experience with Medicare, Medicaid, and value-based reimbursement. 5-7 years’ experience in provider recruitment and customer service. In-depth knowledge of the managed care industry. Excellent communication and organizational skills. Strong analytical abilities and attention to detail. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
