Set up new GBS and GCCs, transforming cost centers into strategic growth enablers. Utilize analytical tools to enhance business functions. Perform statistical analysis to inform decision-making processes. Provide recommendations for process improvements. Engage with stakeholders to gather requirements. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement strategic initiatives. Deliver end to end transformation programs. Lead AI-powered automation and analytics initiatives. Design global delivery models and governance structures. Partner with client leadership to define GBS operating models. Evaluate and identify business needs and solutions. Requirements At least 10 years of work experience. Expert proficiency in Business Analysis and Business Transformation. Minimum of 4 years in skills related to the role.
