Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Remote/Office Client/Customer Scheduler. This role will be responsible for scheduling appointments for our clients and managing the scheduling process to ensure a seamless and positive experience for our patients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Interact with clients and assess their scheduling needs via phone, email, or online chat
  • Manage and maintain appointment schedules for therapists, psychiatrists, and other mental health professionals
  • Ensure the accuracy and completeness of all client information and scheduling details
  • Coordinate with the clinic and telehealth specialists to ensure timely and efficient scheduling of appointments
  • Handle any rescheduling or cancellations and communicate updates to all parties involved
  • Respond to client inquiries and concerns regarding appointments with professionalism and empathy
  • Collaborate with our team to develop and implement scheduling procedures and protocols
  • Generate and maintain reports related to scheduling and appointment data

Qualifications:

  • High School diploma or equivalent, Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer service or scheduling role
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficient in using scheduling software and web-based applications
  • Ability to stay organized, prioritize tasks and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Empathy, patience, and exceptional customer service skills
  • Knowledge of behavioral health terminology and scheduling processes is a plus
  • Ability to work remotely or in an office setting, with flexibility to adjust to changing work schedules and demands

The pay range for this role is:
28 - 32 USD per hour(Remote (Fort Worth, Texas, US)
