As an Outbound Sales Associate, you will ensure that customers get the best value for all their products/services. You will:

• Make outbound calls primarily to existing or past customers upselling additional services.
• Sell and add-on products and services that fit with the customers’ needs.
• Keep up to date on packages for Internet, Home phone, Programming and TV services
• Strive to understand the customer’s situation and recognize their needs
• Build rapport quickly and overcome objections
• Maintain a high level of confidentiality
• Meeting and exceeding different KPI targets
