Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are seeking a driven, empathetic, and experienced Remote Dental Treatment Closer to join our team. In this role, you’ll work with qualified, inbound leads—prospective patients who have already expressed interest in dental treatments such as same-day smiles, dental implants, and cosmetic procedures.
Your goal is to guide these individuals through the treatment planning process, answer questions, address concerns, and ultimately help them commit to life-changing dental care.
This position is fully remote and ideal for someone who excels in high-trust consultative sales and is motivated by helping people feel confident about their health and appearance.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Conduct virtual consultations with prospective patients

  • Present and explain customized treatment plans, including costs, outcomes, and timelines
  • Build rapport with leads and provide transparent, compassionate support throughout the decision process
  • Handle objections and concerns with professionalism and empathy
  • Follow up consistently with leads who are undecided or need more time
  • Collaborate with the clinical coordination team to ensure a smooth transition to treatment
  • Maintain detailed notes in CRM systems and meet monthly performance goals
  • Stay up to date on procedures, technology, and financing options offered
