Key Responsibilities Manage payroll processing, ensuring timely and accurate employee compensation. Oversee employee onboarding, including orientation sessions and new hire paperwork. Coordinate recruitment efforts, including job postings, candidate screenings, and interviews. Maintain accurate records related to payroll, onboarding, and recruitment processes. Collaborate with HR team members to identify staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies. Ensure compliance with applicable labor laws and organizational policies during payroll and hiring processes. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred. Proven experience in payroll processing, recruitment, or employee onboarding.
