This role combines the scale of an established health system with Imagen’s physician-led model, advanced technology, and fully supported remote infrastructure. We’re seeking a fellowship-trained pediatric radiologist for a 7 on / 7 off schedule (7am - 3pm), interpreting a consistent, high-quality worklist of pediatric imaging studies across modalities. This includes pediatric MRI, CT, ultrasound, and X-ray, with a focus on delivering accurate, timely interpretations in a high-volume, clinically diverse environment. This is an opportunity to practice high-impact pediatric radiology remotely while maintaining a predictable schedule and full time off every other week. About the Position: Full-time, remote position supporting a large, multi-site health system 7 on / 7 off - 7am - 3pm EST Competitive salary, benefits package, and malpractice insurance Base salary + productivity bonuses with uncapped earning potential Up to $100,000 in signing and retention bonuses Duties and Responsibilities: Interpret a broad range of pediatric imaging studies, including X-ray, ultrasound, CT, and MRI Provide accurate, timely reads across a high-volume pediatric worklist, with attention to age-specific pathology and imaging considerations Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including pediatricians, emergency physicians, and subspecialists, to support patient care Participate in quality assurance and peer review initiatives as needed Qualifications: ABR or AOBR Board Certified or Board Eligible in Diagnostic Radiology Fellowship training in Pediatric Radiology required Minimum of 1+ years of post-training experience in pediatric imaging preferred About Imagen: Imagen's mission is to ensure every patient receives the right diagnosis at the right time. Please note that the range is a guideline, and individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as productivity, qualifications, skill level, competencies, and work location.
