In this role, you will foster an engaging and supportive culture where employees thrive and feel empowered. You'll have the opportunity to facilitate training and development initiatives, enhance employee engagement, and provide guidance on employee relations and performance management. Your contributions will ensure that our partner's workplace aligns with its values, creating a positive and inclusive environment for all employees. \n Accountabilities Serve as a cultural steward and implement initiatives that promote inclusion and empowerment. Lead the Culture Club discussions emphasizing diverse viewpoints and enjoyable workplace projects. Facilitate DEI Committee meetings and implement prioritized action items from the DEI roadmap. Provide internal training on people and culture topics and maintain professional development resources. Manage employee engagement surveys, analyze results, and recommend actionable improvements. Offer employee relations and performance management guidance to supervisors and employees. Requirements At least 5 years of progressive people and culture generalist or management experience. Experience supporting a primarily remote workforce is preferred. Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on building relationships. Proven experience in training development, facilitation, and creating informational guides. Familiarity with performance management systems; Culture Amp experience is a plus. Strong organizational, project management skills, and attention to detail. Knowledge of federal, state, and local laws related to People Operations.
