This is a 100% remote role and offers an opportunity to influence employee engagement and development at a transformative time in the company’s journey. \n Accountabilities Drive accountability for performance and behavioral standards through corrective action. Act as the point-of-contact for employee relations, addressing complaints and conflict resolution. Maintain a positive work environment, fostering employee development and engagement. Possess strong knowledge of employment laws and best practices across multiple states. Assist with key initiatives and projects that contribute to the overall goals of the organization. Requirements 5+ years of human resources experience working with multiple client groups. Extensive experience with corrective/disciplinary action processes. Excellent communication skills in both one-on-one and group settings. Demonstrated success in mentoring and coaching managers and employees. Ability to track and complete projects effectively across the organization. Proficiency with data and various HR platforms. Innovative thinking in human resources practices focused on people development. Natural positivity and integrity in navigating HR compliance regulations.
