As a Personalized Vacation Advisor, you’ll work closely with individuals and small groups to craft custom-tailored travel experiences. Whether it’s a luxury European tour, an anniversary trip, or a solo getaway, you’ll be the go-to expert for delivering thoughtful, detail-rich travel plans that match each client’s vision. Responsibilities: Consult with clients to understand their travel goals and preferences Research and recommend destinations, accommodations, and activities Build personalized itineraries based on client input Coordinate all travel bookings and handle logistics Provide support and updates as needed throughout the travel process Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills Comfort using digital tools and travel research platforms Basic computer skills (email, Google Drive, booking portals, etc.) Experience in customer service or travel planning is a plus A genuine love for travel and helping others Fully remote work environment Flexible schedule Work on exciting and diverse travel projects Industry discounts and travel perks
